During my stay, the cleanliness was severely lacking with grime and dead bugs in the corners. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned properly, making it necessary to buy supplies just to use it. Additionally, I was constantly disturbed by leftover noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax.

The new manager Ravi really cares about the property and the guests. His approach creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff overall was friendly and responsive to requests. The location provides a quiet retreat, perfect for relaxing without noise distractions. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I noticed roaches in my room and had to clean the fridge and buy supplies to eliminate odors. It was hard to overlook the dirty conditions, which included stains on the bedding and a generally neglected environment. This was particularly frustrating given the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. Improvements in housekeeping could make a significant difference.
